Oleh sebab itu, mengupgrade rumah sangat penting untuk menampung pekerja yang masih hidup (selain itu rumah dapat meningkatkan % happiness). Untuk mengaktifkan rumah tersebut, diperlukan pengaruh dari bangunan pasar. Kita harus membangun pasar di dekat bangunan-bangunan rumah tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan area pasar yang mencakup lebih luas.
4. Bangunan claypit yang menghasilkan clay dibutuhkan saat kita sudah memulai upgrade bangunan dan jalan diatas level 4.
5. Jika langkah pada poin 1, 2, 3 sudah terimplementasi, kita membutukan energy yang lebih banyak untuk melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut secara berkesinambungan. yang diperlukan dalam game ini adalah KESEIMBANGAN.
